Sift the flour, baking soda , baking powder, salt, and cinnamon into a large mixing bowl. Add the rolled oats to the mix and stir well to combine.
Beat the butter until it is soft and fluffy. Add the sugar and mix till it is creamy. Add the eggs 1 by one and mix well. Scrape the sides often to avoid the butter from sticking to the sides. Beat in the vanilla.
Fold in the dry flour mix followed by the fruits.
Use an ice-cream scoop to scoop the dough and place on a cookie sheet at least 2 inches apart . Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the bottom of the cookie begins to brown. Remove the tray from the oven and let cool for a minute. Transfer to the cooling rack and cool completely.
