Instructions
In a blender bowl combine all the ingredients for the smoothies and blend till uniform.
Transfer to the serving bowl and serve with your choice of toppings, or divide into 1 to 2 freezer safe containers and freeze up to 2 weeks.
Notes
If Chocolate silk is not available use unsweetened cocoa. But I highly recommend using Chocolate Silk Greens Powder.
The recipe can be makes enough as 1 meal or 2 snacks.
Use frozen or fresh fruits.
