  • 1 C Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana Sliced
  • ½ C Chopped Strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Scoop Barlean’s Chocolate Green Silk Notes
  • 1 C Ice

Toppings (Optional)

  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • Sliced Bananas
  • Sliced Strawberries
  • Chopped Nuts


  1. In a blender bowl combine all the ingredients for the smoothies and blend till uniform.
  2. Transfer to the serving bowl and serve with your choice of toppings, or divide into 1 to 2 freezer safe containers and freeze up to 2 weeks.
