Hard boiled eggs with a spicy mix of onions encased in a pastry shell or what we called egg puffs is a favorite tea time snack. These are not just tea time snack, pack a couple in the lunch box along with some fruit and it turns into a hearty lunch . This is easy to prepare , especially when you have pre-made puff pastry sheets.

Here is an elegant appetizer using puff pastry sheets. Bite sized pieces of chicken cooked with curry spices,wrapped and baked in puff pastry sheets. A sprinkling of black sesame seeds or nigella seed add to its appeal.

An easier version of the classic laminated puff pastry. This version does not create the individual laminated layers of the classic but gives very comparable flaky results.
